Raggle
Raggle is a Nomad trader who specializes in glidewing components. He’s a fixture on the race circuit, and not only is he on a first name basis with all the racers of Neo Terra, but he knows every single statistic about their racing careers no matter how long they’ve been flying. Amongst the Nomads, a tribe of shrewd traders, Raggle is the absolute shrewdest. He loves haggling more than racing, and even if he’s utterly broke, he won’t accept a penny less than what he believes is a fair price. Raggle has a doppelganger amongst the racers, a Nomad named Rascal. Though both Raggle and Rascal deny it, some think they’re twins. Others suspect they’re the same person, but because no one haggles for glidewing parts during a race, no one has checked to see if Raggle is at his tent while Rascal is flying on the course.
