Larkan is the most powerful Neo Magician in Neo Terra. Despite his prestigious reputation, Larkan is a very down to earth, approachable leader. He is generous both with his time and his magic. Because Pine Point is so near to the Bending Grasslands , he’s able to mentor Arra. Some elders believe the Pine Points tribe is too dependent on Larkan’s skill with crystals and that the people will be lost if anything should happen to him.
